| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
- Have 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
- Manage installation, problem diagnostics repairing works for ATS and Generators.
- Coordinate with different departments and vendors for timely transportation, installation commissioning works.
- Coordinate conductJVs along with different stakeholders for new sites (Macro, Micro, IBS and MBTS).
- Prepare site layouts for sharing and PMCL sites on AutoCAD and timely sharing with other departments.
- Supervise build out of New Macro sites including all site related works ensuring work quality.
- Able to study DEDs efficiently can make all the calculations, especially for extra works.
- Manage end to end telecom installation projects like new Cell sites (Macro/Micro ,Indoor/Outdoor), In-building solutions, Mobile BTS, BSC,TC,XCDR, RNC Antenna redesign WOs, Expansions and Nano BTS, Fiber transmission node installations.
- Plan and execute commissioning of C3 region sites along with ensuring availability of vendor services through PR/PO processes.
- Manage entireC3 rollout, telco and non telco swap.
- Liaison with procurement and keep track of vendor POs, invoices and payments.
- Liaison with regional Roll-out teams, PMO, Logistics and Planning for timely execution of roll-out projects.
- Manage site issues/snags tracking on regional level and ensure closure of open issues within stipulated timelines.
- Perform random site audits to check the quality of work for telco installations.
- Ensure quality in all deployment works to meet PMCL and industry standards.
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards modern practices in all kind of telco equipment in access part.
- Sound knowledge of microwave installations, BTS/BSC and dedicated solutions telecom installations.
- Sound understanding ofcommissioning of Telco equipment.
- Knowledge of different brands of Generators, alternators ATS installed in PMCL Network.
Desirable Skills:
- Good Presentation report writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
