| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering with MBA/MPA degree (preferable).
- Have at least 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Job Description: - Manage telecom installations and civil works for different Access Implementation projects including but not limited to new sites roll-out, telecom and power swap, relocation of existing cell sites and 3G roll-out, new BSCs, Fiber nodes etc.
- Supervise all construction/Civil works activities of Macro/Micro/Repeater/Nano, Mobile BTS sites in C2 C3 region.
- Ensure swift co-ordination with all related departments and civil and electrical vendors to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Develop and coach Roll-out team members in C2 and C3 regions as well as vendors/subcons to ensure timely delivery of all projects with desired level of quality.
- Carry out detailed tower loading analysis review / approvals of strengthening designs.
- Ensure execution of PRs/POs and vendor invoices/payment processing.
Ensure quality in all new build out maintenance works to meet PMCL and industry standards. Essential Skills:
- Knowledge about industry standards modern practices in civil construction and telecom equipment deployment.
- Updated knowledge about civil build out, tower loading strengthening analysis, Project Management and team management abilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Team management negotiation Skills.
- Coaching Mentoring Skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to think out of box.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Project Management Skills.
- Excellent proficiency required in MS Office, i.e. Power Point, Excel Word, MS Project and Visio.
