| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in ElectricalElectronicsTelecom or equivalent.
- Have 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Plan coverage, capacity and quality of sites for 2G3G for indoor out door.
- Perform predictions to estimate 2G3G coveragetraffic distribution using ASSET tool.
- Prepare technical documents of initial and final site design in view of desired objectives.
- Perform dimensioning and re-dimensioning of BSC, BTS, Cell through hard and soft parameters.
- Redesign activities like HBAAzimuthTilt changes to provide optimized coverage.
- Perform monitoring of 2G3G CS PS KPIs to avoid congestion and sustain traffic.
- Perform frequency planning, SC planning and Neighbor planning for new sites and expansions.
- Resolve customer complaints for indooroutdoor 2G3G coverage and capacity.
- Support and coordinate Joint Visits with MarketingSales to identify low coverage areas.
- Perform Parameter auditsFrequency audits and manage physical site audits.
- Carry out trials of new features and hardware and bench mark results after implementation.
- Perform 2G3G Drive Test and analyze to access coverage and capacity in different areas.
- Analysis of SSV for new 2G3G sites and perform initial site optimization.
- Analyze sales requirements to provide optimum coveragecapacity for special events.
- Perform LACRAC Planning, LAC Split, Re-parenting, Rehoming and monitoring BSC KPIs.
- Guide and supervise juniors to perform in efficient and effective manner.
Essential Skills:
- In depth knowledge of RF KPIs, methods, procedures, algorithms, and parameters.
- Hands on experience on ZTE, Ericsson and Huawei equipment.
- Command on Asset, TEMS, NEMO, MapInfo, BO, OSS, NetNumen, PRS, IM2000 etc.)
- Database managementprogramming skills and advance level proficiency in MS-Office.
- Good 3G experience and knowledge of LTE.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication and leading skills.
- Self-motivated, can operate with minimum supervision and able to meet strict time lines.
