| Job Description: |
| We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and dynamic Customer Support Team Lead, with language skills to join our team of highly skilled support professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing a culture of self-motivation responsibility within the team.
- Lead the team by example.
- Mentor the team on their daily targets.
- Provide regular reports to Sales Marketing Team.
- Communicate effectively with customers, including expectations for callbacks and follow-up on their issues.
- Manage difficult customers effectively and professionally.
- Identify and address knowledge gaps, ensure common understanding across the team.
- Manage daily follow-up and walk-in targets.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in a call centre/BPO job role.
- Fluent in English (Oral and written)
- Email marketing a distinct advantage
- Preference will be given to foreign qualified candidates.
- Knowledge of higher education industry is desirable but not necessary.
