| To conduct effective outbound tele-fundraising calls and answer inbound calls on behalf of Shifa Foundation To Create or update donor databases To contact our current and previous donors to increase or renew their support; or to contact the general public to gain their support Should be positive and always maintain maximum donor satisfaction |
| Required Skills: |
•BS/BA degree or equivalent education
•Young, energetic, confident, and dynamic
•Able to work with flexible timings (night shift)
•Able to communicate proficiently in English
•Able to work under pressure and handle stress in a positive manner
•Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
