| Job Description: |
Masterkey is looking for Network Support Engineer with the following requirements,
- Must be a team player.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
- Serves as a technical expert in the area of system/network administration for complex operating systems on microsoft platform.
- Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications.
- Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications.
- Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project ownership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the department.
Candidate must have the knowledge of,
- Domain Controller administration and recovery.
- TMG & ISA server Configuration, Rule & Policy.
- IIS configuration and administration.
- Administration & Configuration SIP/VOIP.
- Virtualization Administration HyperV & VMware
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software.
- Install server hardware and software infrastructure.
- Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
- Router administration, configuration, routing protocols & VPN.
- Monitoring/Reporting Server, System & Network Performance.
- Backup & disaster Recovery.
- Microsoft/Cisco certified professionals will be a plus point.
- Hands on experience in Cloud Computing, preferring Microsoft Azure.
