- Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Have at least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Job Description
- Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Meet the service KPIs defined for Administration
- Take ownership and ensure resolution of customer complaints
- Responsible for cafeteria, travel and fleet management
- Manage trainings and events as and when assigned by the departments
- Look after other office related activities assigned by the supervisor
- Liaise with external government institutes and hotels
- Responsible for store and stock ordering management, invoice verification, vendor dealing and general office facilities and cleaning
Essential Skills:
- Good communication skills & presentation skills
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Sound coordination and follow up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
