| Job Description: |
The job requires troubleshooting and support for Hardware Servers & Storage (DELL & IBM), and the following technical skill set:
- RAID Configuration
- CompTIA Server +
- Ability to understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, emails etc.
- Must demonstrate a progressive understanding and technical ability to install, maintain and support server, desktop, notebooks, Networks and other commonly used applications (Windows Server & Client, MS Office, etc.)
- Maintenance upgrades for the implementation of patches, along with software and hardware upgrades.
- Hands on Experience on hardware, O/S Installation of Microsoft / Linux etc.
- Drivers & Firmware Installation and Update.
- Deployment of Servers & Storage.
- Knowledge of IT best practices and willingness to share knowledge and experience to train and mentor team
