Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration
  • Have 2 to 3 years of franchise management/cellular retail market experience

Job Description

  • Maintain CFL/NPS for all channels
  • Monitor inventory of SIM stocks by reviewing SIM inventory logs and ensure accuracy at all times for Franchises and JSPs
  • Ensure POS material availability at all channels
  • Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled visits to assigned franchise offices, retailers and MonoBrand shops
  • Ensure franchise, retailers, and MonoBrand staff is updated on all processes and policies
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure franchise facilitation
  • Determine training needs for franchise staff and arrange regular trainings, analysis, reports and feedback.
  • Maintain ambiance and quality of work at franchise centers, retailers and MonoBrand shops
  • Update all concerns about the change in status of franchises (suspended / relocated / closed etc.)

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills
  • Advance level proficiency in MS-Office Suite

Desirable Skills

  • Should be a team player
  • Ability to train and develop teams
