Job Description: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the daily selling activities focused on:
- Driving revenue for the Electronic Health Records and Medical Billing Practice products.
- Lead Generation, follow up & campaign execution.
- Effectively driving the Company's Sales process from lead generation through closing product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed orders targets for this product line.
- Effective sales presentation and conversation skills with the ability to get clients and prospects to YES.
- Achieve defined metrics associated with the channel. This includes outbound calls, lead conversions, opportunity creation and management, etc.
- Effectively drives lead generation and campaign ROI
- Drive Companys commitment to customer satisfaction through the consultative sales approach.
- Become a product/application expert that assists customers by providing solutions to best fit needs of providers and practices.
Mandatory requirements:
- Absolute fluency in English with minimum or no accent.
- Experience in sales, client relations, inbound and outbound calls.
