Job Description:

An emerging business group in e-commerce domain is seeking customer service officer to:

  • Receive, and respond to consumers and vendors inquiries regarding products and services
  • Answer incoming customer calls and determine their requirements
  • Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up
  • Place outbound calls to customers when necessary to advise and/or obtain information necessary to process orders
  • Handle irate customers in a professional mannerRecord all customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience with the Online Store websites
  • Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners
  • Other relevant tasks pertinent to the job role
