Job Description: |
An emerging business group in e-commerce domain is seeking customer service officer to:
- Receive, and respond to consumers and vendors inquiries regarding products and services
- Answer incoming customer calls and determine their requirements
- Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up
- Place outbound calls to customers when necessary to advise and/or obtain information necessary to process orders
- Handle irate customers in a professional mannerRecord all customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience with the Online Store websites
- Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners
- Other relevant tasks pertinent to the job role
