Qualification and experience:

- BCS

- At least 1 year relevant experience

Skills and Competencies:

- Creation/deletion of New & old Users Email account, monitoring trouble shootings

- Servers Monitoring

- Email backups

- ISPs Monitoring

- Routers Configuration

- Monitor Client side System Problem & Troubleshooting

- Installing & configuring Operating Systems & drivers for Workstations & servers

- Maintaining user level security and G.P.O (Active Directory)

- Working on Virtualization & Cloud Device
