Job Description

Provide online telephonic support to corporate customers
Troubleshoot complaints using different tools
Create trouble tickets and route them to the concerned team
Perform follow-up for complaint resolution
Perform interdepartmental coordination

Essential Skills:

Knowledge of Computer and Data Networks
Should be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills:

Basic knowledge of CCNA
