| Job Description: |
- Develop and implement site content and administration new company Group Website using Sharepoint.
- Develop and implement plan to increase staff participation in MS365.
- Coordinate and manage requirements to implement Knowledge Sharing Conference’s workshops using virtual and digital platforms.
- Review, recommend and implement quality controls to ensure that staff adhere to terms of usage.
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities through the digital channels.
- Develop and implement a complete communication plan for Group to ensure visibility of Group on all online channels.
- Support crisis communication against approved reputational risk impact assessment matrix.
- Train staff as and when required on digital channels utilization.
- Develop standalone digital campaigns, and build a social media advocate group of company.
- Provide regular reporting mechanism for all digital communication channels.
- 3 year experience in project management skills.
