Job Description:

Objective:

To greet customers, handle customer queries, resolving queries and to sell post/pre-paid connections.

Main Responsibilities:

  • First Interface (One on One interaction) with the walk-in customers at the service center.
  • To explain all kinds of mobile financial services as per customers request, i.e. utility bill payments, Domestic Remittance (Sending/Receiving) , also provide service charges detail and location where domestic remittance will be send and receive.
  • To understand and implement the mobile financial services policies and procedures.
  • To meet all pre-defined Service Standards – assigned KPIs.
  • To remain updated on all services, promotions, procedure and products offered by company.
  • To redeem payment i.e. due to incorrect transactions (payment error, transfer in error, etc.), fraudulent transactions, etc.
  • To facilitate customers in case of utility bill arrears management, utility bill errors, SMS sending/receiving issue and log relevant tasks for that and guide customer about the TAT hours.
  • To practice Customer Handling Skills as defined and learned in relevant trainings.
  • To provide feedback to supervisors on important issues/problems cited by the Customer to ensure customer retention.
  • To take ownership and ensure resolution of customer complaints.
  • Follow up on all cases cited by the customer as first interface.
  • Ensure proper behavior/discipline/grooming/punctuality as per the requirements and image of company.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish a good working relationship with external and internal customers. Manage Center Walk-in and Processes and Procedural flows.

Skill Set Required:

  • Responds to customer requests promptly.
  • Treats all customers with respect.
  • Does not make assumptions about customer needs, but Asks lots of questions to clarify them.
  • Takes the initiative in developing policies to meet customer needs.
  • To have good selling skills.
  • Tries to see things from customers’ points of view - finds out about the pressures of their world so as to relate to their concerns.
  • Requests feedback from customers to ensure satisfaction, and shares
