Job Description:
  • To Ensure that the AMC, Conversion Sale and Customization Targets are being assigned to each individual in his team, on time
  • Analyzing Engineer's Visit Response and logging the feedback for complaint closure and performance measurement
  • Complaint Closure.TL SW Support has to ensure that all the logged complaints are timely closed
  • Outstation Visits ManagementPlan required OS visit with the optimistic expense and schedule, do check with other team for possible upcoming visits in that area, get approval, arrange visit and ensure timely submitting of the OS Expense Claim, after the visit
  • Ensuring Proper Case Takeover by his team from I&E and clarifying any ambiguity for onward support
  • Measuring and Logging engineer's Performance and submitting it onwards
  • Ensure that the engineers are being updated with their performance including commercial and non commercial parameters, on monthly basis
  • Ensuring that his team has all the software tools and updated applications to move into the field for complaint resolutions
  • Ensuring that while going for SW complaint resolution, if the LIC is going to be expired in near future and customer has signed SLA, engineer must carry and update the LIC
  • Developing and maintaining Skill matrix of his team and accordingly arrange the training sessions to overcome the technical incompetency
  • Recording and maintaining Knowledge Base, derived from the complaints
  • Reporting Suggestion to improve Software Applications and tools for better support
  • Supporting his Team in the field for Technical issues, but keep working to arrange required trainings for them to avoid such support in future
  • Supporting Customers to resolve their complaint on phone if possible
  • Timely Preparation and submission of MEMs, QEMs and YEM
  • Ensuring with his expertise to have customers in AMC as maximum as possible
  • Work on Conversion and Customization business head and ensure 100% target achievement
  • Ensuring timely Payment recovery against the business under conversion and customization heads
  • Team Building
