| Job Description: |
- Ensure the provision of materials for the project activities at sites with required numbers and specifications as per approved BoQs/estimates and drawings of the project, along with the quality assurance
- Check quality of supplies/materials with approved samples during the course of implementation at the field
- Check quality of stocks (that is already received) in ware house / site
- Assist engineer in maintaining positive measures that field staff is accepting supplies of required quality and any sub graded materials are rejected with proper documentation
- Remain in the field at BHU Terai Payan and supervise each and every step of construction/Rehabilitation and ensure adherence with approved design and relevant standards
- Ensure timely completion of specified work according to the detail work plan and design/specification through sub-contractor
- Monitor skilled labors and take positive steps for proper understanding of skilled labors, community activists or beneficiary household (which ever applicable) regarding design, DRR and protection measures
- Timely report line manager regarding any hurdle in implementation relevant to design at earliest stage of the project and timely provide recommendations
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
