Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure porting requests are processed within assigned timer values according to the guidelines 
  • To process requests coming into MNP queue within defined KPI according to operating procedure
  • To coordinate with front end and backend teams to make porting process smooth for the customers 
  • To have adequate understanding of GSM architecture and call routing mechanism, in order to investigate and escalate network related issues to engineering in coordination with relevant stakeholders. 
  • To facilitate inter operator problem handling and to communicate with other network operators/participants of the porting process.  
  • To give regular input for modifications in processes and guidelines to bring more efficiency

Essential Skills: 

  • People management
  • Understanding of contact center operations
  • Conflict management and Analytical ability
  • Knowledge of CC system like CRM, CCMS, and related systems / CC Reports
  • Computer Proficiency: 
  • Well versed with MS office
