Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities
- Early evaluation of assigned targets by thorough investigation, referring to the recorded calls, live interactions, CRM tasks etc
- Meeting targets assigned by the Manager Quality Assurance
- Ensuring quality of service through individual feed back to the Stake Holders
- Coordinating with supervisors about the team member’s performance.
- Evaluations and feedback on courtesy and accuracy levels of CSR’s for PSM (Performance Scoring Module).
- Daily and monthly counseling of CSR’s.
Ensuring improvement in CS quality Standards relevant to (Post Paid, High Revenue, Black Berry, Outbound, Service Recovery, Business Centers etc).
Essential Skills:
· people management
· Understanding of contact center operations
· Conflict management and Analytical ability
Knowledge of CC system like CRM, CCMS, and related systems / CC Reports
Computer Proficiency:
Well versed with MS office |
