· CRM Administration knowledge from Users maintenance (Roles, Security) to life cycle process on maintaining the accounts, leads and idea of how this all works.
· Personal judgments on how much the candidate is capable enough of handling the workload/pressure.
· ETL (Export, Transform and Load) Experience + cleaning up the system and keeping everything align
· Data Scrubbing and MUST be good in Excel and have good hands on in Data entry as well.
· Good presentation skills on if required to Demo to the customers/Users i.e. Able to communicate clearly to the audience.
· Troubleshooting experience of any CRM System and OR Experience in troubleshooting any customer issue
