JOB OVERVIEW
Senior Manager Integrations and Mediation is responsible for development of integrations and mediation within the various systems, network management & aggregation systems and network elements. SM is also responsible for smooth projects execution of the developments and acquisition process for integrations and mediations including scope management, software development, outsourcing, management of changes, development of interfaces integrations and transition to operations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Development Activities:
• Acts as Senior Manager Integrations and Mediations to manage and execute the projects related to new developments/ solutions
• Coordinate with business teams, and other system owners for smooth execution of projects
• Manages and deliver the deliverables/artifacts of entire development life cycle covering concept, design, build, deploy, test, deploy and transition to operational support
• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
• Manages the user’s expectations
• Works along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support
• Implements the change requests and optimize performance for the solutions
Testing:
• Monitors and ensure appropriate testing of new development / configuration and testing
Trouble Shooting:
• Supervises, identify and resolve routine operational systems problems
• Manage the trouble shooting
End User Support:
• Manages project, plan and implement the maintenance and administration solutions
• Ensures the provision of end user support for technical queries
• Conducts training for end users
• Guides business end users for system usage
Coordination:
• Coordinates with technical & business teams and OEMs/vendors
. Coordinates with system owners
Requirements:
Required Qualification:
Masters in Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering
Required Experience:
At least 6-8 years of extensive experience in relevant field
