| Job Description: |
e-BizSoft is currently looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Representative for its Lahore Office to provide support for the customers of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and master the company’s products and services through training and hands-on usage.
- Provide customer support to clients via various communications tools including email, phone, or live chat.
- Troubleshoot products installation and minor issues with the products.
- Provide demonstrations of services and products offered by e-BizSoft.
- Interface with the internal teams including product development, quality assurance and management to communicate support incidents that require upstream attention and/or resolution.
- Document incidents as well as other deliverables such as help files, FAQ, online help, knowledge bases, etc.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position
- Basic experience with software programming concepts (including databases, user interfaces, websites and webpages)
- Must be able to use Microsoft Windows efficiently to be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot products and their underlying and associated software components
- Must be proficient in English written and spoken language.
