You would be working in a small-medium team (10-15 people) & be reporting directly to the CEO. Your typical knowledge base/skillset would include:
- a good vocabulary base
- perfect sentence structuring
- web content analysis & writing (in step with proper usage of keywords)
- blog writing
We need candidates with good research skills and be able to provide perfect knowledge to the reader. Our target audience will be mostly millennials who speak in native-level English-- you must be able to create catchy tag lines for blogs & be able to come up with creative product names. You should be able to connect with the target audience.
About SEO: Our company would provide you with a platform to showcase your writing-skills to the world. But first your media would have to be discovered. How does one become discoverable? A basic understanding of Google/SEO would do that for you. A variety of things like fresh content, proper page titles/ headings, & accurate product names make Google happy.
You as a writer must have experience in any of the niches mentioned above. We are hiring writers to who can write in active & passive voice for daily blogs, keep our social media current, write SEO-friendly product descriptions, create fresh copy for social media campaigns, etc. Our job is to give you a platform & also demistify the technicalities of SEO for you, but you must have exceptional writing skills to start with.
Since we are a textile company working in the fashion vertical, your knowledge about the same would be a big plus. Be a knowledge-seeker. |
