DESIRED SKILLS
- BCS / BIT / MCS / BSCS or equivalent with 1-2 Year(s) of Experience in PHP, MySQL
- Object-oriented programming and multi-tiered application development experience in web based enterprise applications.
- Knowledge in PHP5, MySQL, Ajax/JavaScript, HTML5/XHTML/CSS., Knowledge of LAMP / WAMP, Smarty templates, JQuery, Knowledge in frameworks like CAKE PHP, CODEIGNITER and CMS like JOOMLA, DRUPALl, WORDPRESS, etc.
- Codeigniter development experience is a big plus.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
- Manage client relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for the organization
- Build, effectively interact and maintain successful relationships with clients
- Oversee workflows for client, manages client communications and resolves escalated issues or questions from clients
- Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas or Business Development goals
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities
- A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation
- An effective team player with a strong work ethic
