The role of Customer services Representatives (CSR) involves building and maintaining our marketing prospect database.
The Customer Services Representatives (CSR) is to aid in the execution of marketing campaigns by generating key contacts for products specific lists.
The role involves obtaining and expanding contact details for potential clients and verifying contact information of existing clients.
CSRs are required to work closely with the Marketing and Sale Teams to deliver product specific research.
Skills
- Proficient, articulate with well accented
- English pronunciation along with the basic requirements for good diction, Grammar and Sentence structures.
- A confident and clear telephone manner
- Can do attitude and strong work ethic
- Typing and data entry skills in excess of 20 words a minute
- Primary knowledge of using computers and the internet research is mandatory
- Spelling, accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
Prior experience in Database research/Data Entry/Call Center experience will be highly regarded.
