We are looking for Front Desk operator (Female)
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
-Managing inbound calls and forward them to respective department
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
REQUIREMENTS
-Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively
