• Manage schedules and project teams through the complete implementation of i2C’s proprietary products in the following capacities:
• Manage entire project life cycle.
• Serve as single point of contact for new implementation projects.
• Co-ordinate with different stakeholders / teams to get clarity on requirements and ensure completion of implementation activities.
• Create and maintain project plan.
• Co-ordinate to complete branding setups.
• Track project deliverables and ensure on-time delivery.
• Document implementation process and procedures.
• Assure 100% client satisfaction.
• Coordinate new network/FI setup/conversions.
• Network/BIN paperwork management.
• Client portfolio management.
• BIN inventory management.
• Instance closures.
• Manage CIG queue.

• At minimum Bachelor’s degree from a leading 4-year college or university, Computer Sciences is preferred.
• Experience in project management in an IT organization.
• Command over office applications especially microsoft project plan, word, excel and powerpoint.
• IT qualification background would be a plus.
