| Job Description: |
Assist Group Head to assess appropriate manufacturing processes on basis of production specifications and current efficiency, calculate the tools, equipment, raw materials taking into consideration plant / machines capacity.
Monitor on time completion of jobs during the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with all concerned departmen.
Visit machine shops and foundries for follow up of stuck up matters.
Assist Group Head CPPC in organizing rehearsals, review last year plan, department efficiency and facilitate setting of all department’s next year goals before start of annual meeting.
Attend Work Review Meeting on monthly basis.
Assist in forecast planning with all concerned HODs of group companies and take necessary action steps / arrangement, plan raw material availability, capacities and capabilities accordingly. |
