• Lead, control and manage Petroleum Engineering Operations.
• Execute safe and effective well tests on new wells.
• Create efficient wells, as per time, for well completion, interventions, data collection and maintenance on wells.
• Ensure the optimize production from the wells within the guidelines of HSE, company and statutory requirements. Lead, control, manage, budget, engineer and implement efficient well completion operations in all development wells with the rig, in line with the reservoir management and exploitation plan. This will ensure well delivery as per geological and engineering objectives, within the standards of design, cost and time. Implement well service/work over and intervention program to attain targeted production.
• Maintain well performance and optimize cost of production. Specify and manage detail data/service requirements, follow tendering procedures and policies in selecting vendors, conduct pre-hire audits (where required), plan and specify well testing, completion and services equipment, assist the finance department in contract approval and finalization to ensure timely availability and quality of services/materials.
