We have urgent openings in Karachi
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Designing Technical Deployment plan and its execution for Afiniti.
- Conduct technical discovery of client telephony and reporting architecture.
- Experience in implementation-level software design and development of software using c#/vb, Java, .Net and SQL Server technologies.
- Provide troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis assistance to Support team, train post event as required.
- Provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales team.
- Afiniti routing & reporting services installation and configuration.
- Provide technical support in project scoping.
- Collaborate with Telephony and Infrastructure team during Afiniti certification process with telephony product vendors such as Avaya, Genesys, & Cisco.
- An understanding and exposure to Team Foundation Server and GIT.
Education
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Telecom Engineering.
Experience
- Fresh to 9 years of experience in a complex environment
- Experience and Knowledge of various telephony switches like Avaya, Cisco, Genesys etc.
