| Job Description: |
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications for each product with production team.
- Assessing in-house customer requirements and ensuring that these are met during sorting of material.
- Setting customer service standards. Personally tackling in-house customer complaints and resolving them effectively.
- Finding solutions to problems that ensures targets and that production does not suffer/stop.
- Working with production/operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems. Ensuring that key production parameters are followed to produce most economical product.
- Writing management/technical reports.
- Recording, analyzing and distributing monthly, quarterly, annual statistical information of key production data, finished products.
- Supervising quality control staff.
- Determining and/or carrying out training needs of quality staff.
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
- Monitoring performance of finished goods and always analyzing ways to make the product superior.
