Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong communication skills and experience in customer service to join our team at Frigz Medical.

Frigz Medical is in the business of manufacturing medical devices for clients all over the world.

A strong grasp of English language is a must. Your job will include but not limited to:

1. Establishing and maintaining relations swith company clients.

2. Communicating customer complaints, inquiries & orders to the executive team.

3. Transfer critical information regarding the requirements of customers regarding to their orders with the manufacturing team, executive team and any other individual who might be related to the task.

4. Make sure that the customer's demands are met.

5. Maintaining record of customer contact history in order to make important business decisions in future.
