| Job Description: |
- Resolve the Operational Tickets logged by the various business departments.
- Develops long-term strategy for historical data retention and archival plan for storage needs; assess data retention, backup, and recovery.
- Coordinates with concerned teams to ensure any new implementations, changes and migrations that might impact the controlled DBs, are fully understood and leverageable (e.g. concerned teams applications).
- Manage a team to achieve business objectives including the attainment of targets for operations support customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, service levels, resolution time, and project deadlines.
- Effectively represent the CRM Systems Team on cross-organizational teams to deliver on organizational objectives.
- Planning, reviewing and customizing the CRM application as prioritized to meet needs of CRM Internal Clients / Candidates of Data.
- Assist with On-Call Support/ Coordination when applicable.
- Develop long-term strategy for historical data retention and archival plan for storage needs; defines data retention, backup, and recovery for all data related to Clients/Candidates.
