| Job Description: |
- Continuously update and improve manufacturing procedures and processes
- Plan and design process engineering of all jobs and distribute workload among sub-ordinates.
- Responsible for leading all activities of designing of jigs and fixtures
- Responsible to provide CAD services to maintenance department and liaison with Team lead Maintenance for on-time generation of drawings required by maintenance department.
- Responsible for troubleshooting with CAD/CAM engineer in CNC programme development, implementation and optimization
- Plan and execute trainings for the tooling engineer on tool selection and tool room management.
- Ensure development of Machining and Quality (M&Q) processes
- Critically analyze the M&Q, tooling and CAD/CAM activities and make continuous improvements
