Job Summary: As a Manager of one or more Software Engineering teams at Liaquat National Hospital, The Manager required to lead teams using AGILE software development methodologies while working at the cutting edge of the hospital industry. At LNH, he/she will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and leverage the latest technologies to make our patient care even better. The technologies used at LNH include. NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, jQuery, OOP, Angular2, NativeScript, MS SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL, REDIS, and Elastic Search. Knowledge of hospitals and/or healthcare industry a huge.

The Manager will be required to work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to prioritize feature development of project being worked and will be required to guide software architects to develop the best technical design and approach.

Qualification & Experience: Masters degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent specialization with at least 8 to 10 years related work experience at successively higher levels of management including at least 2 to 3 years at a supervisory/managerial level. Related experience in a healthcare organization will be an advantage.

The incumbent should have good leadership skills and vision for institutional growth opportunities, must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to lead and direct others to achieve organization goals. Work experience in a Quality certified organization will be an advantage.
