Topdot is a multinational web design/development company with its offices located in the U.S. and in Pakistan. We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Lahore office.

Job Description:

• Lead the strategy for technology platforms, goals and overall approach.
• Establish governance of all IT activities, including review and approval of all IT policies, controls and incident response planning.
• Provide technical documentation, architectural planning, technology solutions and recommendations on resource allocation to meet current and future needs.
• Create overall technology standards and best practices and ensure adherence.
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.
• Work with the Project Manager to oversee all production, deliveries, scheduling, system design and changes in system architecture.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
• Present and champion the company’s technology strategy to management, team, and clients.
• Manage the implementation of IT systems and their effectiveness in meeting business unit needs.
• Provide training and mentoring to all direct reports and other managers.
• Ensure that application deployment, change control and issue management processes are defined, communicated, executed and audited.
• Oversee frequent risk management reviews and provide necessary support for prevention and mitigation actions.
• Establish appropriate metrics, including web analytics, for all IT to assist in effectiveness evaluations and business value decisions.
• Make sure that cybersecurity policies and procedures are communicated to all personnel and that compliance is enforced.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Masters in Computer Science or similar relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development
• Hands on experience with complex project management
