- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices and networking hardware products
- Write technical document for common issues
- Maintains regular backups
- Campus visits on need / schedule basis
- Timely submit the required monthly performance reports to line authority.
