• Work within a team of like-minded professionals to plan, deploy, and maintain critical business applications production for prod/non-prod Cluster environments.
• Design and implement Cluster environments based on Kubernetes and Docker.
• Influence other teams and broader Engineering groups in adopting Cloud technologies, processes, and best practices.
• Work with DevOps leaders in other groups to define and align on standard operating procedures and best practices
• Automate the provisioning of environments
• Frequent technologies used in this role would be: Ansible, MySQL/CassandraDB, JavaEE, VoIP, Dockers, GlusterFS , Bash Scripting, Python and Jenkins.
• Troubleshooting problems, involving the appropriate resources and driving resolution of issues with a focus on minimizing impact to our customers.
• Represent production support for the suite of apps, and deployment activities.
• Drive improvements to processes and enhancements to automation to continuously improve the production environment.
• Configuration of Monitoring system for the Production or Non-Production setups using Zabbix or any other software
• Performance optimizations by configuration of Applications 
• App level HA/FT designing 
• Help in installation or configuration of the open source applications
• Should have experience of CI-CD tools like Jenkins
• Asterisk PBX experience or basic understanding would be huge plus
• Should have knowledge of Java based server side apps
• Centralized logging system and tools writing skills
• Redmine installations or plugin configurations would be plus
• New Setup installations and configurations of our products
• Troubleshooting the operational issues on differnet setups
• Cron jobs or scriptings for the production and dev setups
