| Job Description: |
SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 + years combination of education, certifications and/or work experience in Computer/Information Technology or related field
- 2 years direct work experience supporting users in Citrix 7.6+ or Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Direct experience supporting user profiles in a Citrix 7.6+ or RDS environment with ability to install and support software applications in a multiuser setting
- Demonstrable understanding of and experience with Windows security groups and an effective understanding of NTFS permissions
- Strong understanding of and experience with networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of and experience with server virtualization technologies such as ESX, Hyper-V, Xen, KVM, Virtual Box, etc.
- Experience using vendor provided Power Shell frameworks for automation of management
Preferred Skills:
- Cisco Certified Associate (CCA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Technology Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or similar certifications
