| Job Description: |
- Looking after the Service Department
- Preparing quotations for the various spares
- Follow-up for order placement for medical parts to the manufacturer.
- Manage day to day activity of engineers
- Maintain pending order status sheet
- Maintain Customer PO report
- Maintaining weekly Service PO’s received.
- Coordinating with manufacturer related to complaints.
- Managing complaints of Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi head office.
- Preparing different kind of Letters if asked by Customers.
- Documentation, which includes keeping Installation, Service reports customer vise.
- Managing Installations, demos of equipments.
- Updating complaints with their status on Up Keep software.
