Starting Salary: 30,000-40,000 PKR/month (Negotiable after Probation)

Full-Time Job: Timing 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately inputting and managing data in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and providing assistance as needed.
• Accurately input customer information, orders, and other data into our database or CRM system.
• Perform regular data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in using computer software and databases.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Fluency in Urdu & English.
