We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team for a Sales & Customer Service Representative (CSR) position. This role supports one of our core products, a Matrimonial App, focusing on matchmaking, sales, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with inquiries about our services and products, providing professional and courteous support.
• Handle incoming calls to provide detailed product information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns.
• Process and manage customer orders, including cancellations, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and unresolved issues, coordinating with other departments when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

• Proficient in both English and Urdu, with a clear and professional accent.
• Strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
• Flexible to work in various shifts as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum education: Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree.
