| Job Description: |
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate E&I projects
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion.
- Monitor progress, address issues or delays promptly.
- Oversee daily activities of electricians, instrumentation technicians, and contractors.
- Provide training, support, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate and supervise routine and emergency maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to manage hazards.
- Assist in preparing and managing the E&I department’s budget, monitor expenditures, and find cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain records of maintenance, project progress, and equipment performance.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on project and operational status.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement for seamless E&I system integration.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to align on project goals and requirements.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawing
