We are hiring an experienced Freight Broker Agent with a background in U.S. logistics. If you already have active shippers, strong ties with carriers, and solid English communication skills, we want you on our team.

We’re Looking For Candidates Who:

• Have freight brokerage or dispatch experience (U.S. market)
• Currently work with active customers and carriers
• Are confident in English communication (verbal & written)
• Understand how to negotiate rates and move freight
• Can work night shift in our Karachi office (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Are goal-driven and reliable

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily freight operations with shippers and carriers

• Secure loads and negotiate profitable deals

• Manage load boards and documentation (TMS experience preferred)

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers

• Provide real-time shipment updates and resolve any issues

What We Offer:

• Monthly salary: PKR 20,000 to 100,000 (based on experience)

• 10% commission on every confirmed deal/load
