We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of surgical instrument production, and the ability to manage resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.

• Supervise and lead the production team to ensure smooth workflow and process optimization.

• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain departments.

• Ensure adherence to ISO, CE, and FDA manufacturing standards.

• Manage production schedules, inventory, and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical instruments manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and lean manufacturing.

• Proficient in using production management software/tools.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
