We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Conduct property tours and confidently explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead acquisition to successful deal closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups and after-sale service
• Prepare and present weekly sales reports to management.
• Represent the project at marketing events, exhibitions, and meetings when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales — preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Familiarity with Islamabad’s property market and sales lifecycle.
• Must be presentable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
