| Job Description: |
- Manage and curate content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Create compelling and engaging written and visual content (including captions, stories, and reels) aligned with our brand voice and target audience
- Run targeted social media ad campaigns within budget and analyze their performance. Experience and knowledge of Meta is MUST.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Track and report on key social media metrics and KPIs and maintain documental records.
- Keep the content & graphics updated on all social media platforms & website.
- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to achieve specific goals (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, lead generation)
