To manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in the preparation of financial reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain all financial transactions in accounting software.

• Prepare and process payments (cash, bank, vendor).

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers.

• Reconcile bank statements monthly.

• Monitor and manage petty cash with proper documentation.

• Assist in monthly closing, journal entries, and accruals.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.

• Support external/internal audits with required documentation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
