| Job Description: |
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful R&D External Officer to support our research and development initiatives by managing collaborations, partnerships, and external research projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the organization and external research bodies, ensuring smooth coordination and successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external research organizations, academic institutions, and industry partners.
- Coordinate and manage externally funded R&D projects.
- Monitor research trends and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Assist in drafting agreements, MOUs, and contracts related to external R&D activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and external research standards.
- Support internal teams with market research and new product development insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in R&D, project coordination, or external liaison roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with research processes and intellectual property considerations is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
