Job Description: |
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and handling customer service inquiries and issues. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, providing timely responses, and maintaining a high standard of service to enhance customer experiences.
